Designed and handcrafted in the hinterland of Agnes Water in Queensland, each piece is fired multiple times in a kiln, with temperatures up to 1250 degrees celcius. This gives the jewellery a stone like appearance and quality - they don’t absorb water, have a stone feel and absorb body temperature.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate fee of $5 per order under the value of $100.
Orders with a value over $100 or more will qualify for free standard shipping.
If you need your order in a hurry, we recommend choosing the 'express shipping' option at the checkout.
Orders will be sent with either Australia Post or Sendle and dispatched by the next business day. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.
Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange an item, you can do so by contacting us within 7 days of receiving your order. The items must be returned at your own expense and postage costs may be incurred for the shipment of your chosen replacement item. Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind, but a store credit can be provided if you can't find a suitable replacement item immediately.
Refunds
If any item in your order is damaged or faulty upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days at hello@plantfolkstore.com.au. We can then arrange a replacement item to be sent or your money refunded within 48 hours of receiving your product back at our HQ.
