This liquid fertiliser from The Plant Runner is formulated especially for indoor plants and acts quickly to give your plants the nutrients they require. With an n:p:k ratio of 12:2:12, trace elements and seaweed, it provides a complete food source for your indoor plants.
Better yet, The Plant Runner's indoor plant food is almost completely odourless and comes with its own pipette so you can easily measure out the right application rate (1 pipette = 1ml).
Each 100ml bottle will make up to 100 litres of plant food. Simply add the concentrate to your watering can at the correct ratio, and water your plants as usual.

Shake before using.
Add 1ml of Indoor Plant Food to 1 litre of water and water your plants as normal.
To keep your plants well fed, fertilise every 2-4 weeks over Spring and Summer or while your plants are actively growing. You can reduce feeding to once every 6 weeks at half strength over Winter.
For sensitive plants, feed at half strength.
Store out of direct sunlight.
Can be used as a foliar spray when added to a mister.
This is a vegan friendly product.

Orders will be sent with either Australia Post or Sendle and dispatched by the next business day. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.
Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange an item, you can do so by contacting us within 7 days of receiving your order. The items must be returned at your own expense and postage costs may be incurred for the shipment of your chosen replacement item. Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind, but a store credit can be provided if you can't find a suitable replacement item immediately.
Refunds
If any item in your order is damaged or faulty upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days at hello@plantfolkstore.com.au. We can then arrange a replacement item to be sent or your money refunded within 48 hours of receiving your product back at our HQ.

Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I fertilise indoor plants with Plant Runner?
During spring and summer, use Indoor Plant Food every second watering to support active growth. In autumn and winter, when plant growth slows down, reduce to ½ ml every 4 waters. If your plants are still producing new leaves in cooler months, continue feeding once a month.
Can I use Plant Runner on all types of plants?
Yes, this fertiliser is suitable for most indoor and outdoor plants, including orchids, herbs, and vegetables. For edible plants, just wash your produce before eating. It also works well in passive hydro systems at ½ ml per water change.
Is Plant Runner fertiliser a complete feed?
Yes, it contains both macro and micro nutrients (including NPK, calcium, magnesium, iron, and zinc) to give your plants a balanced diet for healthy growth.
Does Plant Runner Indoor Plant Food expire?
The shelf life is 5 years. You may notice the colour varies between batches — this is due to natural seaweed variations, but the nutrient levels are always the same.
