Shipping is priced from $8 per order and is based on the total weight of your purchase.
Orders with a value over $100 or more will qualify for free standard shipping.
If you need your order in a hurry, or if your order contains live plants, we recommend choosing the 'express shipping' option at the checkout.
Orders will be sent with either Australia Post or Sendle and dispatched within 3 business days.Β A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.Β Β
Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange an item, you can do so by contacting us within 7 days of receiving your order.Β The items must be returned at your own expense and postage costs may be incurred for the shipment of your chosen replacement item.Β Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind, but a store credit can be provided if you can't find a suitable replacement item immediately.
Refunds
If any item in your order is damaged or faulty upon receipt, please contact usΒ within 7 days at hello@plantfolkstore.com.au.Β We can then arrange a replacement item to be sent or your money refunded within 48 hours of receiving your product back at our HQ.
If returning goods for a return or exchange,Β please ensure you useΒ protective packaging and ensure the item/s are traceableΒ asΒ Plant Folk will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in transit.
