Shipping is charged at a flat rate fee of $10 per order under the value of $150.
Orders with a value over $150 or more will qualify for free standard shipping.
If you need your order in a hurry, we recommend choosing the 'express shipping' option at the checkout.
Orders will be sent with either Australia Post or Sendle and dispatched by the next business day. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.
Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange an item, you can do so by contacting us within 7 days of receiving your order. The items must be returned at your own expense and postage costs may be incurred for the shipment of your chosen replacement item. Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind, but a store credit can be provided if you can't find a suitable replacement item immediately.
Refunds
If any item in your order is damaged or faulty upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days at hello@plantfolkstore.com.au. We can then arrange a replacement item to be sent or your money refunded within 48 hours of receiving your product back at our HQ.
If returning goods for a return or exchange, please ensure you use protective packaging and ensure the item/s are traceable as Plant Folk will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in transit.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I hang the vase on my wall?
Our wall vases have a small hole at the back, designed for easy hanging. For best results, use a straight wall hook, nail, or screw (rather than a curved hook) to keep the vase secure and prevent damage.
What kind of plants work best in these vases?
Trailing cuttings, such as pothos, philodendron, or tradescantia, do especially well. You can also use them for single stems or seasonal flowers for a fresh look.
How often should I change the water?
Simply top up the water as needed. A full water change isn’t necessary unless there’s visible debris, such as plant roots or leaves at the bottom. Your plant will actually prefer partial water changes over replacing all the water at once.
How do I clean the vase?
To clean, simply remove the plant and rinse the vase with warm water. For stubborn marks, add a little vinegar or mild dish soap and use a bottle brush to gently scrub inside.
